Trend: #Kimono

Ello Beauties!

So I want to talk about Kimonos (not traditional Kimono's) but the cardigan kinds. 

They are basically over-sized,super light-weight, sheer cardigan's. 

They come in a variety of lengths, colors, and patterns!

When I first saw these baby's....I hated them. Yeah, I thought that they were SO UGLY.

Then....one day I was watching one of Remi's videos (love her btw) and she had this super cute blue floral Kimono (part of a haul) & then I realized that there were pretty Kimono's in the world (;

So I went to Marshall's to shop and I found a bunch-but they either had a tiny defect that bothered the heck out of me or they only had one in the pattern and it was too big! #thestruggle So I left sad...

But I am on the hunt have found one that I am in love with (sharing soon)! But I've found some online that replicate the style(s) I'm lovin' .

So if could own lots & lots of Kimonos these would be the types I would wear.

I like the more patterned styles not so much of the floral.

Mani Monday ||| Pink & Lavender Ikat |||

Soooo, I've decided on a series guys! I have forever been a nail polish fanatic & it's something near & dear to my heart-so why not create a series about it! (;

Every Monday I'll be sharing my nails, 'nailspiration' or nails I like. I hope you'll like it (:

Now, today I want to share my Pink and Lavender Ikat nails.

The Pink is by Color Club (the name tag fell off, sorry! But I'm pretty sure it's Flamingo)

The Lavender is Nice Is Nice by Essie

The White is Snow Me White by Sinful Colors

The black is just a black striper-use any black ya have(;

They are very simple nails but make a statement(:

Now don't get me wrong Ikat can be a little tricky sometimes, but you just have to think your way through it haha!

Fashion Staples, What Every Girl Can't Survive Without.

Good Morning Beauties!

I'm sorry that I've been MIA this week, some of my family has gotten sick and I had to help around the house.

But I'm back now (:

So as we all know, to have an amazing outfit you don't need every single item of clothing to be new.

In fact, they are better when you can mix something from your fall wardrobe with your spring to spice it up. Or keeping a hold to that one denim jacket because it can do wonders for tough to match outfits. 

So I have a little list of some things I think we all should have on hand(;

///Denim Jacket///

A denim jacket in my opinion is very very important. It's perfect to make a dressy dress casual, or simply give your outfit more structure.

Some days you just want too be comfy but dress up just a tad. This is were the White Shirt comes into play-wear it how you want and add as much color as you can (;

Flats can simply feminize an outfit. To me they dress up an outfit just a bit to make you look chic (:

Whether it be your fav watch (guilty(;), a gorgeous statement necklace or a wonderful ring your grandma gave you, create your own jewelry statement piece.
