DIY Sugar Scrub! mmmm(:

Hey! I'm back with a little DIY tutorial that will make your hands or any other areas of the body super smooth.

Again as I have stated in my Important Stuff Page, I am in no way a professional! This is just something that I have made and that I like to use in order to get soft skin(:

Coconut Oil does have skin moisturizing properties along with anti-bacterial properties (so it's great for feet!). Jojoba Oil is great to use as an anti-inflammatory, skin moisturizer  (treating dry skin), and also is used in cosmetics because it minimizes pores and fine lines/wrinkles and won't clog pores. Sounds great, right?!

Now onto the fun stuff(; For this scrub I used Coconut Oil, Jojoba Oil, and just regular ole' sugar! I don't have a 'recipe' for this, but I do recommend equal parts of the oils and then put twice as much sugar as you did oil into the mix (or just enough to make it thick as you see in my photo tutorial). Afterwards you"ll have baby soft hands and they will smell like coconut, yummy! Here is my tutorial below!(:

1. Gather materials: Jojoba oil, Coconut oil, A small cup or jar (whatever your preference), nail brush, Sugar & a spoon or anything to stir the scrub with.
2. Put jojoba oil and coconut oil together.
3. Heat oils in the microwave for about 10 seconds ( if using a small cup and amount like mine shown above. If not add more time, around 5 or 6 seconds at a time.).
4. Add Sugar!
5.This is just to show that separating of the oil and sugar may occur, this is natural(: (But if your oil doesn't rise it's also okay, I have a generic recipe but at the same time add the amount of sugar for the intensity of exfoliation your skin can handle).
6. Tada!! You now have you own sugar scrub that will blow you away! Now go scrub!(:

Have Fun and if you have you own oils test them out and maybe you could make a brand new scrub, if so let me know in the comments below!

Rain, Rain, Go Away...

So its been raining where I live almost all week! And I'm not the biggest fan of rain haha

Sooooo, I've actually been on the lookout for rainy day hair-styles. When it rains the humidity increases dramatically and my hair doesn't like that too much, it starts to get frizzy and plus I will start to have Tracy Turnblad hair without using any hairspray(;

I was looking into braided hairstyles like my fav, the French Braid and things like buns (which I had to thrown my hair into today). But the other day I had a french braid that led to a bun that I will show below...

This was actually a fun hair style to wear and I might even turn my bun that I have now into it (:

But what about you? Do you have any hair-styles that you wear during the summer for rainy days? Hot summer days? If so let me know in the comments below!(:
